1. Any information shared between VIRTUALLIVING and the client during the course of the project will be treated as confidential.

2. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.

3. Confidential information includes but is not limited to project details, proprietary data, intellectual property, and trade secrets.
